Thermal Imaging Camera Systems
Thermal imaging cameras are unique in video security applications in that they employ a different sensor technology than their color or day/night counterparts. Thermal cameras employ a thermal sensor (microbolometer), a sealed and vacuum-packed sensor array, that is capable of detecting IR light outside the visible spectrum.
