Hacking, unfortunately, has become common for computers and surveillance, undermining video security. Therefore, even a simple oversight of forgetting to change default passwords on newly installed cameras, DVRs and NVRs leave an opportunity open for surveillance networks to be hacked.

Creating or Updating Account Information

Only authorized LTS distributors or installers can place orders online. If you are not yet authorized, you must register first.

To change the login email associated with your account, please follow these steps.
- First, log in to the LTS mall at this link.
- Next, Follow the steps on the page to edit your information.

Ordering

The first step in ordering products from LTS is to create a new customer account. To do this, please navigate to our Create New Customer Account page. An LTS customer service representative will assist you in launching an account for your business and setting up payment options.
If you would like to see product prices and you are an existing LTS customer with an online account, please sign in to your LTS Mall account first.
Follow the instructions from there to select items and add them to your cart, then select options for payment and shipping methods.
Special promotional deals, coupons, and other cost-saving features will be available at checkout.
Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express – this is the most common method of payment. Other options may be available. Speak with an LTS sales representative for the best option for your business.

With 11 offices across the country, we provide immediate shipping, same-day pickup, and rapid delivery anywhere in the 48 continguous states.
Viewing Orders

To view an existing order, please log in to the LTS Mall. Once you are logged in, navigate to the order list page in your browser. You will then be able to see and track your orders.
Returns & Replacements

To initiate a return or replacement, begin by contacting your Sales Representative. They will guide you through the process, which may include completing and submitting the RMA Form.
