2025 Houston Customer Appreciation Event
Thank you to everyone who attended our Customer Appreciation Event in Houston!
We were overjoyed to celebrate and honor our valued 2024 partners. Your loyalty, dedication, and hard work are essential to helping LTS grow and achieve even greater success in the coming years.
Our customers joined us at the Chifley Hilton Hotel in Houston, Texas. The night began with appetizers and drinks while our esteemed guests toured the cutting-edge technology at our AI Color 24/7 Cameras, InstaDome, and Pro-X Panoramic PTZ product stations. We are especially grateful to the wonderful customers who agreed to interviews for this event—go check them out in the video below!
LTS' host for the evening, Joel Recinos, opened the night with a warm welcome to Lewi Cheung—a staple of our Customer Appreciation Event series—and introduced the highlight of the evening: the 2025 LTS Product Line. A live demonstration showcased the illuminating power of the AI Color 24/7, compared side-by-side with the Color 24/7 cameras.
After sampling a classic Texas BBQ dinner, Lily took the stage as our Games Host and, with the help of her team, presented awards to recognize our most loyal, long-standing customers and distributed exciting raffle prizes!
