Intercom System Overview
An intercom system is built for communication among residents inside a building and their visitors. It usually consists of two major components: an outdoor station and an indoor station.
Along with traditional intercom functionalities, LTS Intercom Systems support remote management via phone.
Compatible with LTS NVRs, DVRs, and IP cameras, LTS intercom devices can be integrated easily and seamlessly into an existing video surveillance system.
Outdoor Station
LTS Intercom Outdoor Stations consist of a single mandatory camera module, then optional extension modules like keypads and card readers. For each main entrance outdoor station, up to 8 side-entrance outdoor stations can be added.

Indoor Station
On the 7" screen, you can view and talk with visitors in real time, review missed calls, and browse snapshots taken by outdoor stations.
Each apartment or house should have one main indoor station, and up to 5 indoor extension stations.
All Configurations are done on the main indoor station.
LTS video surveillance system are compatible with the intercoms. Users can add and view up to 16 IP cameras from their indoor station.

Mobile App - Remote Management
Using the LTS Connect app on a mobile phone, you can see the live video feed and talk with your visitors even when you are not in the building, as well as open or lock doors remotely. The Call Log keeps the history of all visitors. Use the indoor station's touchscreen to pair your smartphone with your indoor station and start managing your door remotely!

How many apartments can an LTS Intercom system support?
LTS Intercom systems can support up to 500 apartment units.

Do you have an app for remote management?
Yes, it's our LTS Connect App. Simply pair your smartphone with your indoor station and you will receive notifications on the app whenever visitors call.

Can the LTS intercom be integrated with LTS video surveillance systems?
Yes, from your indoor station, you can view up to 16 IP cameras, including the outdoor station camera.
You can also store footage sent from the outdoor station to the NVR. -
What kind of power do these devices need?
The outdoor station should be powered by PoE. The indoor station can be powered by PoE or 12V DC power.

What is the local storage capacity of an indoor station?
The indoor station has 2 MB of flash storage to store up to about 32 snapshots or 32 voice messages (approx. 30 seconds each). (Note: if you turn off the device, the data will be lost)
The built-in MicroSD card slot can be used for up to 32 GB of additional data storage.
